For Android Devices
If you own an Android mobile device, like a Samsung Galaxy or a Google Pixel, you will be downloading the MiScore app from the Google Play Store. This is the place where you download all apps on your mobile device.
Step 1 - Open Google Play
Open your phone and tap the Google Play Store icon on your home screen to begin. At the top of the Play Store screen, type "miscore" in the search field and select the MiScore app page.
Step 2 - Install MiScore
Tap "Install" on the MiScore app page. This will begin your download! If you have a reliable internet connection, the download should only take a couple of minutes. When the download is complete tap "Open" to launch the MiScore app.
MiScore will also be available from your phone's home screen once downloaded. If you need to Uninstall MiScore in the future, for any reason, you can come back to this page and tap "Uninstall" to remove the application.
Step 3 - Location permission and tutorial
Once you have opened the MiScore App, you will need to allow MiScore to access your device's location. This is primarily to provide our GPS distance feature when scoring. If you do not allow MiScore access to your device's location, you will not be able to use this feature. You can always enable or disable MiScore's location permissions in settings.
Next you will see an optional MiScore tutorial. We highly recommend first time users complete this tutorial to get the most out of MiScore's many useful features.
Step 4 - Add a golf club and login
Tap "Add club +" in the centre of the screen to add your home club. Then type your home club or course in the search field and login using your member username and password.
