Unable to login - An error occurred or Invalid Credentials

Modified on Sat, 31 Oct 2020 at 07:35 AM

I am getting message "Invalid Credentials" when trying to login to my home club, what should I check

  • Have selected the correct club/course (some courses have similar names)
  • Entered the correct username/membership number for your home club
  • Entered the correct password (is the same password to log into club website)
  • username and Password are case sensitive

To resolve:

Issue

Wrong PasswordOpen up browser app and try to login to club web site
Request forgotten password be sent and reset password
Wrong UsernameOpen up browser app and try to login to club web siteCheck your username is correct, often is last few numbers of GOLF Link number
Username InactiveOpen up browser app and try to login to club web site
Check with club staff membership status

If you receive 'an error has occurred' message then that would indicate that you have changed the password with the club system recently and the app can't authenticate you with the previous password. To resolve, remove the club from the app and re-select it so that you can log in again with the updated password.

For Non-Members (visitor access)

From November 2020 no login is required to access social scoring at another club however you require a MiScore App subscription.  You will be directed how to subscribe if your club has purchased the app for home club use.  If you are wanting to play in a competition at the course then your surname needs to match your booking and be registered in the competition of the day

For Public Registered Players:

From November 2020 no login is required to access scoring scoring as another club however you require a MiScore App subscription.  If you are wanting to play in a competition at the course then your surname needs to match your booking and be registered in the competition of the day

If further assistance is required please contact MiClub Help on 08 9444 5300 or email support@miclub.com.au with the details of the club/course you are trying to access and the details you are entering in. Please note that the MiClub Help cannot reset your password or re-activate a club membership.  The help team can assist in sending a reset password email or help make contact with your home club.
