Not receiving the Profile Verification Email?

If you have recently created an app profile using the email sign up method and have not received the verification email, we suggest that you check your spam or junk folders and if you have signed up using an Optus Net or Bigpond email account then lengthy delays of up to a day may occur in receiving the email.


ou can attempt to sign up using another method that doesn't require an email verification i.e. using pre-existing Apple, Google or Facebook accounts.


If you don't have these accounts then setting up a free Google Gmail Account is free and easy- following these steps>
