If you are having troubles signing back into the App because you believe the password is incorrect then
try pressing the 'eye' icon to reveal what you password you are entering to ensure it is correct.

If you created your profile by manually entering in your email and password then you can use the 'forgotten password' function to reset a new password. Note: email addresses are case sensitive and need to be re-entered in the same casing structure as created on registration.
Please note that if you created your profile via the Sign IN Apple, Google or Facebook methods, then this is not applicable to you. These accounts have their own forgotten password functions that you should follow via these mediums.
The following instructions only applies to manual email signup accounts:
To create a new password - press on Log in to MiScore button.
then on the 'sign In' page - select the 'Forgotten password' label (highlighted in a red box below)
Enter the email address associated with the app account and press the 'Reset my password' button. (emails are case sensitive and must be entered the same way that the initial signup registration was done otherwise you may get an error message indicating there is no match with the email ).
You will be directed to this page shown below now. You will need to access your email account to retrieve the verification code sent from MiScore. This may take up to 10 minutes or more depending on your mail provider and in some cases the email may end up in your spam or junk folders. Look for an email with the subject 'Your Verification Code'.
Once you have retrieved the email - enter the code provided into the app verification code field.
Enter in a new password (8 characters or more)
Press the submit button which will take you to the sign in by email screen.
You will need to enter in the email and new password to sign in as confirmation of your new attempt.
