How do I cancel the App?
You need to cancel your Subscription with the App Store to end the Subscription. If you do not cancel the Subscription, the Subscription Fee will be debited automatically by the App Store annually.
You can cancel your Subscription at any time (even after trial period) and this will cancel the auto renewal. You will still be able to use the App until the end of the annual period.
MiClub cannot process cancellations for you. You must cancel via the App Store accounts or the App store help centres. If you delete the App, this does not cancel your Subscription.
To cancel a subscription from your device, access the Menu and select Manage Subscriptions. This will take you to the App stores list of App subscriptions. Select MiScore from the list and select cancel. You will still be able to use the App until the end of the annual period.
You can re-subscribe at any time as well.
Can I get a refund on my Subscription?
You need to contact the App Store or its help centre if you want a refund of your Subscription Fee. MiClub is not responsible for refunding Subscription Fees.
This article shows how to cancel your MiScore App Subscription
Select 'Menu' on the top right corner
Select 'Manage Subscription'
Select 'Cancel Subscription'
You will then be taken to your App store where you need to select 'Cancel' within your device.
- Please note when you subscribe to the MiScore App there is a 2 week free trial before you get charged. If you cancel before the 2 week trial ends you will not be charged. If you cancel after the 2 weeks ends you will be charged.
- If you then cancel after the 2 weeks ends you can still use the MiScore App up until the subscription ends.
