New feature coming from August 2024 to assist clubs with Pace of Play. Clubs utilising MiClub's competition management module will be able to enable a feature in which club members will receive a popup notice via the MiScore App prior to commencing their round indicating their average round time and rank of their pace compared to other members for the applicable tee off period (AM or PM) and particular day of the week.

The notice will only appear if the app user has played multiple competition rounds within a date range which can be set by the club via the MiClub backend system.

The app tutorial in the app will display this specific details to the user in relation to their home club what these values are. To view this, access the App Menu and scroll down to Help & support section and select App Tutorials. In the list will be 'Average Round Time'

The host club may also add a generic notice regarding to pace of play within this popup as well. This is configurable per club via the Miclub system and is restricted to a number of characters.

How the average round time is calculated:

“Your average round time and rank is based on the Teetime up until your score has been submitted on a particular day of the week. (Note: This could be on your playing partner for clubs that are partner submission required.)

For example if a club members has played 5 times in the past 3 months on the same course in the afternoon competition field on Wednesdays, then the system will obtain those past round times and average them out.

The rank shown is applicable to the average round time for total members who have played the applicable course and tee off period as well.

This feature is enabled by the club and is only applicable to members. “
